Mr. Wood began his professional real estate/financial career in 1993 and has held senior positions at every firm he has been with. He has been a leader in the real estate industry and was elected by his peers to be President of the Utah Mortgage Lenders Association 5 years in a row. He has developed properties, financed hundreds of millions in transactions, organized a bank and been on bank boards in Utah.  He is a visionary with all things real estate.  He has been very keen with market timing and leads all property acquisitions and due diligence.

Eric Dodge – COO

Mr. Eric Dodge oversees the day-to-day operations at Silver Stream Advisors. He started his career in the service industry, successfully managing over 200 employees for 8 years. For the past 9 years he has overseen the development of multiple real estate developments. He has also personally invested in real estate, acquiring and selling over $20 million worth of property. He is excited to be a part of a company that is helping others to reach their financial goals during this incredible shift in the real estate market.

Ben Lonsdale – Member Relations

Steve Saunders – Director of Business Development

Mr. Saunders runs the Silver Stream Affiliate, Account Manager & Seminar Programs along with Marketing. He comes from the entertainment industry where he has hosted a variety of television programs on MTV, ESPN, CBS and Disney Channel, as well as produced reality television, film and music concerts. His gift for developing relationships has made him a natural in his role.

Nathan Dodge – Director of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Nathan Dodge has worked in real estate for 10 years. He successfully bought and sold over 50 million in real estate producing over 4 million in profits. Mr. Tidwell is responsible for sourcing and underwriting high quality investment properties for SIlver Stream Advisor's clients.  He has over 11 years of 
commercial real estate experience in brokerage, acquisitions, property underwriting, development and asset management.  He has personally participated in 
over $800 million in commercial property acquisitions, is a licensed Broker in the States of Utah and Florida and has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified 
Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Gary Munson – Relationship Manager

He has held a real estate license, a mortgage loan originator's license, a securities license and a life and health insurance license. Gary has personally owned rental real estate for 18 years. Jeff Campbell – Relationship Manager

Mr. Campbell comes from the corporate world (AMEX) to startup companies such as TouchScape, Mastering Computers and Knowledge Net, hired to train their sales forces as well as sell their products and services. He was in the Presidents Club at Mastering Computers 3 years in a row, earned by being the top among 300 other sales people. His background in real estate involves buying and selling single family homes, duplexes and even 30 unit apartment complexes. His expertise lies in buiding relationships with an emphasis on customer service.
