Investment Summary

308 Marsac Ave is raw land and one of the few remaining residential hillside development sites in the heart of downtown Park City, Utah.

Situated just a few minutes walk from Main Street. The site boasts elevated views of Park City Mountain to the west (Sunsets) and Deer Valley to the east.

The property is located in ‘Old Town’ but is not governed by restrictive architectural guidelines. Old Town is a well-established neighborhood featuring single-family homes and townhomes and located near the schools.

Our goal is to build two premium Condos on the designated site, positioned as premier luxury offerings for buyers seeking an advantaged property with iconic views and close to ski lifts, restaurants, and shopping.

Architecture & Design

In order to maximize the buildable square footage we will incorporate a 'cut and fill' method. We are currently planning two side-by-side condos (3,606 SF ea.) with a private gated driveway and entry.
